I’m Shep Bryan IV, a Phoenix-based physicist and innovator.

I earned my PhD in Physics from Arizona State University, where I worked on applying AI/ML to problems in biophysics. Since then, I’ve worked across several industries, including biotech, radiation therapy, nuclear power, and insurance. I currently work as an AI Engineer at Aflac.

Outside of work, I live in Phoenix with my wife, our son (Shep 5), and our bulldog. I’ve also spent time living in Florida. I enjoy swimming, music, and science, and many of those interests tend to turn into projects that eventually show up on this site.
